On February 28, 2018, on the Bank Worker’s Day, the National Bank of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Union of Journalists of Abkhazia signed the regulations of a joint creative competition for the best coverage of the banking activities in the media.
The competition is open to the journalists from all print and electronic media (television, radio, online publications, newspapers and magazines), and also to authors (a group of authors), whose works are published and shared in the mass media of the Republic of Abkhazia by December 31, 2018. Works of different genres, such as those that are used in newspapers, magazines and electronic media in Abkhazian and Russian languages, may be presented for the competition.
Detailed information about the terms and conditions of the competition will be additionally presented in the media of the Republic.
The announcement of the competition’s winners and the awards ceremony will be timed to the Day of the Workers of the Mass Media of the Republic of Abkhazia on the last Sunday of February 2019.
