The obverse side of the coin bears the image of Aleksandr Chachba who is leaning on a walking stick against the background of a theatre curtain and two theatrical masks. There are inscriptions of the denomination of the coin “100 apsars”, the year of mintage 2018, the inscription “Apsny Abank” and the state emblem.
Реверс:
On the reverse side of the coin, a self-portrait of Aleksandr Chachba is depicted using colour pad printing, as well as sketches of stage costumes, the artist’s name and the hats of the Dioscuri brothers, which is the heraldic symbol of the princes Shervashidze (Chachba). At the bottom right corner, the years of life are indicated.
The side surface of the coins is corrugated.
The coin belongs to the series “Outstanding personalities of Abkhazia”.
