By order of the Bank of Abkhazia dated June 22, 2022 No. No. 61-OD, the banking license of the Settlement Non-Banking Credit Organization "AgraA Group" (limited liability company) No. 025 dated October 15, 2019 was canceled.
The license of RNCO "AgraA Group" (LLC) was canceled by the Bank of Abkhazia on the basis of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On Banks and Banking Activities" in connection with the decision of the authorized body of the credit institution to terminate activities in the order of liquidation in accordance with Article 61 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Abkhazia and the direction to the Bank of Abkhazia of the corresponding petition.
In accordance with Article 62 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Abkhazia, RNCO "AgraA Group" (LLC) will appoint a liquidation commission (liquidator).
