From January 01 to January 10, 2021, the volume of transactions with Russian bank cards made through the national payment system APRA increased by 88.3 million rubles (69.5%) compared to the same period in 2020. Holders of Russian bank cards on the territory of Abkhazia performed transactions totaling 216.0 million rubles, including 38.3 million rubles with the cards of the Mir payment system.
In the structure of transactions made by holders of Russian cards, transactions for payment for goods and services prevailed - 126.9 million rubles (58.8%), while on operations to withdraw cash through ATMs - 89.1 million rubles (41.2%).
The infrastructure of NPS APRA serving bank card holders on the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia includes more than 2500 devices.
